Grey’s Anatomy actress Katherine Heigl has married musician Josh Kelley, 27, in a small private ceremony, which lasted 30 minutes in Park City, Utah.

About 80 guests watched the 29-year-old Heigl walking down the aisle in an Oscar De La Renta wedding dress, accompanied by a song especially written by her husband-to-be, according to OK!Magazine.

Heigl’s sister, also the maid of honor together with the three bridesmaids wore red cocktail dresses designed by the same De La Renta. Heigl’s co-star T.T. Knight was among the groomsmen. Moreover, Sandra Oh, Kate Walsh and Justin Chambers wanted to see their cast mate saying her vows in the most special day of her life. The tent, in which the ceremony was held, was decorated with white flowers and white candles.

The lovebirds met two years ago when Heigl appeared in a video for Kelley’s song “Only You,” according to People Magazine. It seems the song was speaking the truth by then and also nowadays: “only” Heigl was the one to win his heart and marry her.

"It's about showing someone you love that you're actually capable of the ultimate commitment. We're madly in love and she makes me excited to become married and to have a family and spend my life with someone. We're fairly opposite but we also share a lot of the same values," he said, according to People Magazine.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Heigl, who also won an Emmy this September for her eccentric medic in Grey’s Anatomy, admitted she had to fight strong emotions expecting the biggest day of her life.

"It is important to honor our families and honor the tradition, to stand up in front of all of these people and say, 'It's you and me, and that's it for life.' I hope I can just chill out—somebody might need to slap me!" she said.
