Adding to the long list of Lindsay Lohan's lawsuits, the actress has just been sued by a former bodyguard for nonpayment, along with breach of oral contract, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and a variety of California state labor code violations.

According to legal papers filed Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court, David Kim, who claims he was hired by Lohan and her production company, Crossheart Productions, in October 2006 at a rate of $4,000 a week for 24-hour service and $2,800 per week for evening-only work, is being owned $55,000 by the actress, for the services he performed for her.

In the lawsuit, Kim alleges that he accompanied Lohan to "industry events, protected her from fans and paparazzi, paid gratuities to the staff and valets at venues where the actress partied out of his own pocket and was never reimbursed."

The sum reportedly includes the cost of damages to his borrowed car, which Lohan's driver allegedly wrecked while making a turn trying to avoid the paparazzi.

Kim was forced to resign in March 2007 because Lohan would not pay him and she still refuses to do so, claiming instead that she never knew him or employed him, the suit states.

"I’m not aware of that bodyguard. I’ve never heard of that person," a rep for Lohan was quoted by People.com as saying.

Most recently, Lohan settled a lawsuit with a busboy, who sued her last year after she smashed her car into his van as he was making an illegal U-turn.

Last month, Lohan's mother, Dina Lohan, had her own legal trouble involving a former bodyguard whom she was ordered to pay $300,000 for helping her kick-start Lindsay's music career.
