Kate Hudson and Lance Armstrong may have secretly begun dating. The two had dinner together in Austin, Texas according to a report from People, the magazine which recently voted the actress the first of this year’s 100 Most Beautiful People.

The two dined at two different restaurants over the weekend. On Friday night, they dined at Eddie V's, one of Armstrong’s favorites according to a restaurant insider. On Saturday, Hudson and Armstrong ate dinner at casual Hula Hut. Armstrong’s three children were also there as well as a group of friends.

"They came in with the kids and a large group of people," a restaurant source told People. The insider also said the group ordered tacos, burgers and fries and “that sort of stuff.”

When asked if the cycling champ and the beautiful actress looked romantic, the restaurant insiders said they just looked like they were having fun.

The two were also together on Thursday. They were spotted in New York at the Wildwood Barbeque restaurant after Kid Rock's Madison Square Garden concert.

Lance Armstrong, the 36-year-old seven-time Tour de France winner, has been single since his break-up with singer Sheryl Crow although he was linked to fashion designer Tory Burch and Ashley Olsen.

On the other hand, Kate Hudson, 29, who has been filming Bride Wars, recently broke up with Owen Wilson. Hudson, who was nominated for a best supporting actress Oscar in 2001 for Almost Famous, and Wilson have recently celebrated together the actress' 29th birthday in Miami.

Hudson and Wilson were at their second attempt to make it work.

According to an insider who gave British newspaper The Mail details about what’s going on between the two celebrities, "Kate and Lance have been dating for a couple of weeks”. The anonymous source added that Hudson found it very funny that people were recently writing that she was engaged to Owen Wilson, when in fact she was secretly dating Armstrong.

"She and Lance are both physical, passionate people - she's never been happier," the insider added according to the British newspaper.
