Amy Winehouse, the troubled singer who recently turned aggressive during a concert and punched a fan, has left the London hospital – where she has been receiving treatment for scarring of the lungs – according to People Magazine.

After a busy weekend packed with shows and concerts, Winehouse was discharged from medical center where she had been staying for the past 10 days. The singer’s discharge from the clinic was confirmed by her representative, Chris Goodman, who mentioned the fact that Winehouse is now continuing as an outpatient.

"She will return for regular appointments for check[-up]s," said Goodman. According to Winehouse’s representative, she was the one who choose when to leave The London Clinic and she did it when she felt she was ready for it.

"It was completely up to her – everyone knew she would not stay there forever," said Goodman.

She performed for Nelson Mandela’s birthday concert on Friday June 27 and the Glastonbury festival on Saturday June 28, but between the rehearsals the 24-year-old British singer returned to the clinic.

On Monday, she left the facility for good.

Despite the controversial quarrel with a fan who reportedly tried to pull her by her hair, Winehouse is "looking great and feeling great."
