Britney is having problems left and right - this time around, the pop princess reportedly had a tooth emergency Sunday. The singer reportedly seemed to be in great pain, this however did not stop her from being friendly to the paparazzi circling the entrance into the Century City Medical Plaza.

Smiling and laughing for the cameras, Britney went in to have her tooth problem solved.

A source said: “She was smiling for the cameras, but the moment she got into the elevators she was complaining to her bodyguards that it was unfair her tooth was broken, and she couldn't take painkillers.” Britney’s representative Larry Rudolph, the man that usually informs us when Brit is going in and coming out of rehab, said: “Reports Britney was hospitalized are all wrong.

She just went to the dentist. She had a toothache. I have no more details.” The 25-year-old singer was seen leaving the hospital about an hour later. Britney has been quite discreet since leaving the Promises rehab clinic last week. All this after weeks of headlines announcing her shaved head, her rehab romance, her rehab suicide attempt and rumors of bulimia.
