Reese Witherspoon’s estranged hubby, actor Ryan Phillippe doesn’t want anything from his former wife but the joint custody of their two children, 7-year-old Ava and 3-year-old Deacon.

Following their divorce late last year (November 8th), Phillippe reportedly responded to the legal suit filed by Witherspoon, who cited irreconcilable difference, seeking to share custody while she asked for full custody with visitation rights, and also asked the judge to block any attempt on Phillippe's part to get spousal support.

Witherspoon reportedly wants "exclusive use of the family residence."

The 31-year-old actress and Phillippe, 32, co-starred in 1999’s ''Cruel Intentions" and got married the same year.

The couple didn’t sign a prenuptial agreement before they got married which means their assets acquired during the marriage will be split in half, TMZ.com reported.

"I'm not a perfect person, but I'm not guilty of a lot of the things I have been accused of," the actor told People last November. "My priority is and always has been the health and safety of my family."

The actor reportedly admitted he was having an affair with Australian actress Abbie Cornish before he and Witherspoon separated.
