The ex-wife of Cameron Diaz’s new man, Mindfreak star Chriss Angel, is reportedly going to sue for divorce and subpoena "homewrecker" Cameron for the upcoming divorce trial.

"We’re naming Cameron Diaz as his lover," Joanne Sarantakos’s lawyer, Dominic Barbara has said. "We will subpoena her as soon as she comes back to New York."

Besides the alleged affair between the “Shrek” actress and her ex hubby, Sarantakos is also accusing the goth illusionist of mental cruelty and abandonment.

Angel's lawyer denied the accusations, saying they were unfounded, E! News said.

"The notion that she's not being supported is simply not accurate," Elliott Wiener said in court.

Diaz and Angel, real name Christopher Sarantakos, were seen for the first time hanging out together in Las Vegas in May, with Angel fueling speculation of a hookup by telling People that "Cam is an amazing person."

Despite rumors in the media regarding their affair, none of them confirmed the nature of their recent bonding. However, Diaz was the only one of his "good friends" that Angel name-checked last month during his high-profile escape from a box hanging above Times Square.

"I'd like to dedicate this to my girl Trouble, aka Cameron. I love you, baby," he was quoted by E! Online as saying prior to the June 5 stunt.

He later explained to People magazine that he "just said that because everyone was hounding me about it and at the end of the day I got it out there, so my professional life is there, my personal life is here."
