While on vacation in a Caribbean hideaway, Amy Winehouse reportedly made a mess out of her hotel room by vomiting blood all over it, British tabloid The Mirror reported.

Even more worries about Amy Winehouse’s health have been raising after the maids who were sent to clean up her expensive hotel room were "horrified" by what they found.

"There was blood and vomit all over the bathroom, it was just terrible. It looked like she'd been sick many times. There was blood mixed up in the vomit.

"It was sickening. They were horrified by the state of the room which looked like a bomb had hit it," a hotel source was quoted by the tabloid as saying.

Winehouse and her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, checked into the hotel the next day after their drug-fueled London fight when both were spotted bruised and scratched as they left the hotel where they were staying.

"The hotel management offered to send for a doctor but Amy declined. She said she'd be fine. Everyone was concerned because she looked so frail," the source added.

The singer was also spotted being sick over a sofa in the only restaurant of the St Lucia resort. According to restaurant sources, each time the two were at the restaurant that same day, they avoided drinking any alcohol and instead ordered fruit punches.

"They're not like our typical guests. They stand out because they're both covered in cuts and have tattoos all over their bodies. They both behave very strangely," another source said.

Amy’s life took a downward slope several weeks ago when she was hospitalized for "severe exhaustion," which was reportedly an overdose, followed by the cancellation of several gigs and a very short visit to rehab with her husband.

More shows were canceled, actually all her U.S. appearances, including the MTV Video Music Awards on September 9, "in a continued effort to support Amy Winehouse's well-being," her U.S. record label recently announced.

The last thing we read about Amy was her violent brawl with Fielder-Civil in a London hotel last week, when both of them were spotted bruised and scratched as they left the hotel. Since then, their parents are constantly trying to come up with ways to help them get back on the right track.

Desperate times call for desperate measure and over the past week, the parents of Fielder-Civil begged Amy’s fans during an interview with BBC Radio 5 to stop buying their records in an attempt to determine both of them to get help for their drug addiction. According to him, Amy and his son are drug addicts in "abject denial."

"Clearly they are addicts," he said adding that fans should send a message to Amy "that her addiction and her behavior are not acceptable."

"Perhaps it is time to stop buying records," Fielder-Civil said. "It’s a possibility, to send that message."
