Denise Richards sued her ex-husband, Charlie Sheen, in a Los Angeles Superior Court alleging some disturbing details about Sheen's behavior while with their two children. The three troubled years of marriage between Sheen and Richards ended in November 2006, after the actress has filed for divorce in April 2006. Since then she was supposedly involved with Richie Sambora, the ex-husband of Heather Locklear.
Access Hollywood managed to snatch the court papers in Richards' latest filing, and they allegedly claim Charlie Sheen exhibits "inappropriate behavior... and conduct," including "his attraction to underage women and his sexual explicitness on the Internet, including revealing his private parts."
However, the allegations have been raised before and are nothing new. Charlie Sheen has repeatedly denied the accusations, releasing a statement in the latest quarrel: "Clearly the mother of my children has no interest in responsible co-parenting when it comes to my relationship with our girls. She behaves as though she OWNS our children. She does not. A day of legal reckoning for her is fast approaching. The truth will prevail. It always does," he wrote Access Hollywood.
Denise Richards, besides criticizing Sheen's supposedly indecent behavior, claims their two children, Sam, 3, and Lola, 2, do not want to visit their father anymore.
What's strange and is also not in Richards' favor is that her allegations were revived only after Charlie Sheen filed last month a lawsuit trying to win unsupervised visits to his children, because he was only allowed to spend time with his three and two year old, Sam and Lola, under the supervision of a nanny hired by Denise Richards. Sheen also wants Richards to stop calling his home while he is with the kids, or, in his own words, to stop with her "unnecessary phone calls."
What might also be irritating Richards is that Sheen recently engaged his girlfriend of one year, realtor-turned-actress Brooke Mueller. She even managed to set up a PR show sending Mueller flowers and arranging for paparazzi to snap a few front page photos. The couple claims that the gesture was purely a publicity stunt, which it probably was, in light of the subsequent events.
