Freshly released from rehab after a two-month stay, Lindsay Lohan is ready to get back to work as she is scheduled to start shooting the romantic drama "Dare to Love Me."

The 21-year-old actress won’t be wasting any of her time and is headed back to Los Angeles after being released from Cirque Lodge Treatment Center in Utah, where she sobered up since August. Besides work, Lindsay is determined to continue getting treatment as an outpatient at a Cirque-affiliated facility in the area.

"She's finished the program," a source was quoted by People as saying. "Lindsay is done, but she may come back for outpatient treatment. She over-extended her stay because she wanted to. She could have been out awhile ago, but she chose to stay."

Throughout her stay at the rehabilitation clinic, as well as now that she was released, Lindsay has been overwhelmed with support from her family.

Lindsay’s father, Michael, who was with her on Friday when she was released, and helped her with her luggage, was quoted by E!Online as declaring himself "blessed to have her back," while Dina Lohan told People: "I'm proud of her. She's moving ahead with her life. Things were getting out of control. She took action. She took responsibility. She really needed to heal."

A fresh looking Lindsay was photographed on Friday afternoon together with her father, whom she was reunited with for the first time since he was released from jail, earlier this summer.

"I will be there in her life as best I can but from here on she's going to have a lot of decisions to make on her own," Michael Lohan told People on Friday. "Now that she is going out into the world, I can only hope for the best."

Before checking into Utah's Cirque Lodge Treatment Center, the starlet completed two more programs at L.A.'s Wonderland center in January 2007 and Promises in May 2007.
Also prior to her third and most lengthy rehab program, she was arrested for her second DUI of the year, after which she released a statement acknowledging her addictions and taking responsibility for her actions.

"It is clear to me that my life has become completely unmanageable because I am addicted to alcohol and drugs....I very much want to be healthy and gain control of my life and career and have asked for medical help in doing so. I am taking these steps to improve my life," the statement read.

In August, a judge sentenced her to 24 hours in jail after she pleaded no contest to one count of misdemeanor DUI, two counts of reckless driving, two counts of being under the influence of cocaine, and driving while having a blood alcohol level above .08 legal limit.
