Nokia is the world’s largest mobile phone manufacturer and is widely considered to be the best in business, its phones being both reliable and practical. Recently, Nokia has joined forces with IBM in the field of mobile E-Mail services.

The Nokia S60 3rd Edition devices can connect through Traveler’s Notes to corporate E-Mail accounts. The service doesn’t cost anything extra, meaning that more and more Nokia users will start using the new feature more often. Connecting to E-mail accounts via mobile phones has always been an important thing for phone manufacturers, and it seems that providing a more computer like experience is the new trend in this domain.

Phones are getting better and better and with such phones on the market, like the iPhone, which can connect to the whole Internet, the user having unlimited possibilities, it is very important for Nokia to keep up and keep improving their devices and capabilities.

Traveler’s Notes is very appreciated among people who  can’t stay apart from their Internet accounts and information of any kind, and the fact that Nokia has joined forces with IBM is seen as big step taken forward in how Nokia phones perform. Nokia dropped its own enterprise E-Mail software in September and until then it has largely focused on working with larger E-Mail vendors.

This is a good thing as it opens more options for the people at Nokia and it offers real chances to improve on their devices. Currently, Nokia fans expect for the new option to become available on more phones, thus making the whole experience more flexible.
