Spitzer Linked to Second Prostitution Ring

Former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer is being linked to a second prostitution ring, “Wicked Models,” which Manhattan police discovered on Tuesday.

The police arrested a woman Tuesday afternoon, after she had been found to lead a prostitution ring.

The woman, Kristen Davis, 32 years old, was the owner of four websites on which she promoted prostitution and arranged meetings between her employees and clients in several apartments situated in the neighbourhood.

It seems that the prostitution ring will not go down by itself, but will also uncover many famous clients. Rumors say the list might be as long as 10,000.

One of those clients, the New York Post reported, is recently disgraced Eliot Spitzer, who, according to information found in financial documents and other evidence, regularly used the services provided by “Wicked Models.” The investigation revealed that Davis herself met Spitzer before becoming the ring’s madam in 2004.

After all, it seems Spitzer did not only prefer petite brunettes, but also requested the services of "a busty bottle blonde who hails from a ough-and-tumble California trailer park," as Davis is described.

The discovery comes three weeks after Spitzer resigned following his link with Emperors Club VIP, a very expensive call girl ring.

Spitzer's spokeswoman told NY1 that the former governor had not been a client of the “Wicked Models” agency.

A judge set bail at $2 million for Davis, who is currently in custody. If convicted, the woman faces a sentence of about 15 years in jail. She pleaded not guilty to money laundering and promoting prostitution in court, on Tuesday.
