A photo of Jamie Lynn Spears breast feeding her baby girl set off a federal pornography investigation. The 12 photos that were stolen pictured Jamie Lynn, her sister Britney Spears, her daughter Maddie and the infant's father Casey Aldridge.

Local and federal authorities are on high alert and looking for the missing photos. According to TMZ, one of the pictures was of Jamie Lynn while she was breast feeding her infant baby girl Maddie. Her breast is exposed in the photo that was taken on Aldridge's digital camera.

Police officials aren’t sure yet how the photos were stolen. However, the current assumption is that the photos may have been stolen when Casey Aldridge took his digital camera card to a Louisiana Wal-Mart to make some copies of the photos.

Apparently, some wise guy at the local Wal-Mart may have made some extra copies with the intention of selling them for some extra cash.

However, the fact that Jamie Lynn is only 17 years old makes the selling of the stolen photos (or purchase) a violation of federal laws prohibiting pornography.

The seller, or buyer, of photos showing a minor with her breast exposed (even if the photos weren’t taken for sexual purposes) could end up in a federal prison.
